![]() So again, don't understand the complaining about power in this vehicle. When starting from 0, I can get to 60 mph in under 7 seconds. This little bugger has a tight turn radius (able to do a U turn in a 2 lane road without touching the curb). You are listening to a past pizza delivery guy. The sound system is crisp as is the mic for the calling aspect. I have read previous people complaining about losing blue tooth connection, but my phone connects from 50 feet away and doesn't ever drop, to date. The info system is easy to connect to your phone. but hey, you adjust! Tech inside is very nice. I wish instead of having the four up front, they would have done the two with a combined middle arm rest with storage bin inside that. There is storage cubbies all over the interior, though I do not understand the space between the seats having 4 cup holders and then 2 more in the back seat arm rest. Like I said, I am a big guy, the seat belt fits fine, the seat doesn't hit pressure points that cause me to ache when driving 2+hrs. Pros: for a SMALL SUV, this vehicle makes use of every inch. So, here is my experience and opinion so far. I am not sure what kind of acceleration people are … looking for or why in God's name they think they need to get to 60mph in under 4 seconds. To be fair, I just bought this car with 8 miles on it a few days ago and so have been "playing" in it. I bought a compact SUV for goodness sake and I know it. Leg room in the back seat is tight, but hey. I fit behind the wheel easily and find the seats comfortable. ![]() I like the car a lot except for the transmission issue which I learned can now be prevented with a new style bypass valve kit which I bought on my own. would be paying for the parts and labor - why I needed to know about this was beyond me. They were more concerned about which dept. Communication was horrible with this company and the concern that I just spent $27,000 dollars didn't mean a thing. So be warned this dealership sells defective cars and does not stand by them when caught. My 30 day warranty ran out with the car being in the shop more than half that time. The service advisor said it wasn't needed for the torque converter repair and didn't give me an opportunity to explain our agreement with Michael. Michael agreed and a couple weeks later we got the car and parts EXCEPT the rear main seal - a fifteen dollar part. I proposed to have them supply all the parts for repair of the torque converter (my son is a mechanic - and he would do it) plus a rear main engine seal to replace since it would be open at that time. NEVER did he respond to me - not by call or by email. I sent emails to the general manager of the dealership to talk to him and left phone messages. I did and he apologized for the lack of communication but then said as a "courtesy" they would cover half the cost to replace the torque converter which he said wasn't "normally" considered part of the drive train! So long story short - the torque converter was bad PRIOR to selling it to me and they had an idea of it because I was told the transmission fluid was flushed as part of the prep to sell the car. Again after a few more days with no call - I called again and was told to talk to Michael. After a couple days I had to call and find out that the torque converter was bad and "they" were working out what to do. to have it checked out along with few other things and left the car there. We drove it the next day and immediately realized there was a transmission problem - a shudder - and later found out this was common with this transmission. Our salesman was very nice and handled the purchase well. This was our largest car purchase ever - even though it was a common deal for the dealer it was not for us. We purchased a used GMC Yukon XL last month. Located in Brattleboro, VT / 92 miles away from Providence, RI
